3 out of 5 starsHe looked way better in the photos than in person..... Some of his paints came off on his fingers that they looked faded, some scratches on his head and in the back of his neck, a black mark on his foot (which I managed to remove). But he is still cute.

I apologized to this buyer when she contacted me with these issues. My policy is to refund within 24 hours and even though she waited a week I still offered her a refund. She declined and said she decided to keep him because he was cute, so I offered her $40.00 compensation for not being totally happy. She declined on that offer as well. I thanked her for letting me know by messaging me about these issues.

5 out of 5 starsShe is better than i could have imagined. the magnet fell from the mouth but that’s all right i can always fix that later. minor detail. but overall i’m absolutely pleased with this reborn, she is perfect connie did a wonderful job and the reborn got here so quickly!!

I can’t wait to see her face when she opens him up for Christmas! Pics soon to come! Also, every question I had was asked in a very timely manner! TY so much!
